SOPHIA JANE KENNEY

Sophia Jane Kenney died near Farmersville, Ohio, 25 inst. (Jan. 1869) of measles, age 34.

Many of the older class of our teachers will remember the deceased as one of our best teachers and a most amiable lady, full of good works and of patient perseverance in well doing; and many of the children of the county, who have been bebefited by her careful teaching and her happy ways, will drop a tear to her memory as they hear their teacher is no more
